Booth fees will increase by $100.00 per booth (if any available) after May 8, 2009

 

I understand and agree that this application, submission of fees and acceptance into show does constitute a contract of my participation.  Furthermore, I understand the cancellation policy that if I cannot participate in the show for any reason after acceptance, there will be no refund.

A.            Location:  Eldorado Hotel (Pavilion, Anasazi, Concourse, Outdoor area north of front entrance),       309 W. San Francisco Street, Santa Fe, New Mexico, 505 995-4576. 

 

B.            Electrical Hookup:  Electrical service available at $55.00 per booth.

 

C.            Indoor Booth Set Up:  You must provide your own display equipment and extra lighting for                booth.  Due to other events in the hotel and limited 8‘ tables, bring additional tables if needed.                Two chairs are provided for each booth.  Please notify SWNAP if you do not need a table.

 

D.            Set Up:  Wednesday                          August 19, 2009                   1pm to 7pm

F.             Unloading:  Due to limited parking and heavy traffic near the hotel, you will have 30 minutes to         unload.  Park and unload on Johnson (north side) of hotel.

 

G.            Security:  The Pavilion is secured each day after show hours.  Security is provided nightly by the   hotel.   SWNAP will have security Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights for booths located in the                Concourse.

 

H.            Parking:  For your convenience, parking is available at DeVargas Mall and at the public parking      lot southeast of Eldorado Hotel.. 

 

I.              Lodging:  SWNAP will arrange for of rooms at Santa Fe Suites (formerly Camelrock Suites)                and Park Inn Suites.  Information will be forthcoming and you will be informed of hotels and rates.

 

J.             Entertainment:  Light entertainment daily in the hotel restaurant/lounge area and in front of hotel.

 

K.            Advertisement:  In New Mexican (Santa Fe) newspaper, Albuquerque Journal, Cowboys & Indians                 Magazine, and other news media.

 

L.             City & State Resale Permit:  All artists must  apply for their Special Event License Application.     

 

M.           CRS Number:  If you already have a CRS Number, please indicate this on the application.

 

M.           Early Deadline:  Will permit SWNAP to adequately plan for a successful 2009 show:           advertisements, programs with artist names, payments to Eldorado Hotel for rental, etc.

 

N.            Booths:  BOOTHS WILL PROBABLY BE SOLD OUT BY THE DEADLINE DATE.           HOWEVER, IF BOOTHS ARE AVAILABLE AFTER THE DEADLINE DATE, AN       ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $100.00 WILL BE ADDED TO THE BOOTH FEE.  PLEASE                DO NOT ASK TO PAY LATER OR WITH A POST DATED CHECK.  WE WILL NOT     ALLOW ANY WALK-IN ARTIST AT THE 2009 SHOW..

 

O.            Booth Assignments:  We will attempt to assign artists to their old booth spaces in the Pavilion.  If   you were in the Anasazi last year and wish to remain in Anasazi, please indicate on the application. 

 

                All new artists will be assigned to the Anasazi, unless booth spaces open up in the Pavilion. 

               

                All applications are based on a first come, first served basis.
